It’s a secret trick that I experienced accidentally. Don’t miss out this unique and memorable experience in the Eiffel Tower.

Finding a hotel near the Eiffel Tower

Maybe that’s how you imagine it like waking up with a cappuccino and an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower but the truth is there’s not much to do around the Eiffel Tower. So my recommendation is to find a hotel in a vibrant neighborhood near the metro.

Don’t pack comfortable walking shoes

Paris is a city best explored on foot. In Paris, on average you’ll do 20,000 steps a day. so comfortable walking shoes are a must. Make sure to pack a pair of comfortable shoes for your trip to Paris. don’t pack comfortable walking shoes:

not checking opening hours

I’ve experienced the frustration of arriving at a museum or restaurant only to find it closed for the day. Therefore, making it a priority to verify opening hours in advance ensures a smoother and more enjoyable travel experience, allowing you to make the most of your time at each destination.

Missing Sunset at Sacré-Cœur

One mistake that travelers often make is overlooking the opportunity to witness the breathtaking sunset at Sacré-Cœur in Montmartre. I’ve regretted not prioritizing this enchanting experience during my visits to Paris. it’s 40 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower. The panoramic views of the city bathed in golden light from this vantage point offer a truly magical and romantic atmosphere. By missing out on this spectacle, travelers may fail to capture one of the most memorable moments of their Parisian adventure.

spending too much time in Paris

There is no denying that Paris is a gorgeous city. But there’s so much more to see than just Paris. You can visit Lyon, Arcachon also. I have discovered the richness and diversity of France’s opening by incorporating visits to these cities. You can enrich your experience of France and hidden treasures beyond the confines of Paris.

Waiting in line for Instagram famous eateries in Paris

In my experience in those places you’ll end up waiting in line to get in sometime up to 40 to 60 munites. I’m not saying that they’re bad. But I wouldn’t wait 40 minutes just to get a seat to eat an overpriced dish. I don’t think so.

Taking taxis or Uber to move around the city

People do is only take taxis and Uber because they know the metro is a little scary and complicated. The Paris metro Is super efficient for moving from place to place in Paris or another city in France. And sometimes much faster and way cheaper than taking a taxi. If you want to know how to buy metro tickets let me know in the comments section. I will post a blog about it.

Only getting to the big attraction & museum

Another mistake that travelers make is only hitting the big landmarks. But when you have enough time make sure to visit hidden treasures. There are over 100 museums and some you’ve never heard of are simply wonderful like the home of Victor, the Cluny Museum. This place has a stunning view. trust me you’ll enjoy it.
